Much of Fate has gone up recently, and a new-build lot often arrives with sod rolled over a shallow layer of soil on graded clay. Grass struggles in it, beds stay bare, and the yard looks unfinished long after move-in.

We plan those yards from the ground up: bed shapes that suit the house, edging that holds a line, plants set where they will get the light they need, and sod laid with the base prepared first rather than dropped straight onto hardpan.

Fences on Fate's open, windy lots

Newer streets here have little mature tree cover, so back fences take wind head on and posts sit in soil that swells after rain and shrinks in a Texas summer. That movement is what loosens rails and leans panels.

We build and repair wood privacy fencing with that in mind, and we can match what your neighbours and your HOA already have so a repaired run does not stand out from the rest of the line.

Working from Royse City, next door

Fate sits directly between our base in Royse City and the rest of Rockwall County, so it is a short run for us. That matters for maintenance work, where mowing needs to happen on a schedule rather than whenever a crew can get across the county.
